Common questions
What's a digraph?
A digraph is two letters that together make one sound — like sh in ship or th in that. Teaching them explicitly, one at a time, is a core part of structured literacy.
What is the FLOSS rule?
The FLOSS rule is the spelling pattern where f, l, s and sometimes z are doubled at the end of a short one-syllable word — as in puff, bell, miss, buzz.
